What are You Looking for?

Solo Traveler

Sometimes the best way to pack the most into a day of exploration is doing it alone. Of all of the great things that Arvada has to offer, the best might be the ability to do a little bit of everything between sunrise and sunset. Let us help guide your Arvada adventure! Based on your areas of interest, please contact us, and we can even customize an itinerary for you. Have a favorite way of spending your day in Arvada? We would love to hear about it.

Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee, and you’re in luck…you can’t go wrong in Arvada! Two Rivers Coffee has house-roasted coffees, delicious lattes, yummy treats, kombucha and MORE! Hunter Bay Coffee Roasters in Olde Town Arvada has a bright and sunny space, house-roasted coffee (with a delicious scent that fills the whole shop!), and is an excellent place to take in your surroundings or read your ook. Click here tosee other coffee options!

Take time to explore some of Olde Town’s quirky shops! Whether you are into unique boutiques with fashions you won’t find elsewhere, locally-made crystal-based jewelry, fishing, or music, we guarantee there’s a place you’ll find something unique! Can’t miss shops include Olde Town Pickin’ Parlor, the Book Cranny, Charlie’s FlyBox, Crystal Joys and too many others to mention!

Treat yourself to some much deserved relaxation! Take a refreshing yoga class at Asana Yoga, or treat yourself to a hot stone massage and ionic foot bath at Eli Ashby Healing Arts Center. Have time for both? You do you!

Get your heart pumping! Arvada has tons of options for outdoor activities. Take a jog around the sculpture garden at the Arvada Center, bring your bike and ride on one of Arvada’s many trails, or simply take a stroll along the 12.2 mile Ralston Creek Trail.

Looking for a way to wind down? Head back to Olde Town for Happy Hour! Grab yourself a beer, a glass of wine or maybe some bourbon (their specialty!) at The Bluegrass Lounge, or wander into Kline’s Beer Hall for an enormous beer selection. Hungry? Don’t worry! Both of these establishments have excellent options for happy hour snacks!

Looking for some delicious dinner? Pop into Steuben’s Arvada! You can either eat there or take your order to go. If you dine in, grab  yourself a delicious cocktail, some mac n cheese (to die for!), and don’t forget their house-made cupcakes. They have a special flavor everyday so be sure you remember to ask. If you’re not a cake person, we highly recommend their milkshakes!
