Once a month Palangi opens it’s doors for our member’s buddies and the community! Free classes available–pre-registration required. There are two options, and you are welcome to stay for both!
Kickboxing Intro (required for all new students) at 8:45 am. This is a 30 minute session where we learn the basics of kickboxing–punches, kicks, bags, mitts, etc.
Kickboxing Class at 9:15 am. An hour long class that will get your heart pumping & sweat dripping. Our coaches are so talented and motivating!
Yoga-Gentle Flow at 10:30 am. An hour long class that will stretch you out & open your lungs for the day ahead. Our instructors are knowledgeable and inspiring!
