Kid’s Fitness Open House!

Two age groups (5-9 & 10-14) have an opportunity to learn about fitness. Each week the age groups alternate between kickboxing and yoga for 45 minutes each class, your kids will get a well-rounded workout in.

Kickboxing: With functional training on bags and mitts, kids will learn the basics of kickboxing all while having a ton of fun and sharpening their brains!

Yoga: Kids need to stretch and breath too! In these fun & educational classes your children will learn to relax, be mindful and have some fun learning about the movement of the body.
