We promise there’s something for everyone, and that you’ll soon understand why Arvada was named one of America’s most livable cities by msn.com in 2015! Arvada: a wonderful place to work, live and play!

Don’t let the summer heat get you down. Visit one of our free splash pads for a refreshing, fun time in the water! Check out one in Olde Town Square or at Ralston Park.
Enjoy some local Colorado artists and wander around the free sculpture garden at the Arvada Center for the Arts & Humanities. It’s a quarter mile around the sculpture garden, so wear off some energy with a quick jog or brisk walk around the art. Need to wear the kiddos out? Make it a race!
Head down to the Arvada/Blunn Reservoir to fish, enjoy a picnic, or just to walk around and enjoy the spectacular views of the foothills and the Flatirons!
Thinking of coming on a Saturday? Wait until the second of every month, when Olde Town holds its free Olde Town Summer Sounds on 2nd Saturdays festival, which includes an awesome Kids’ Zone! Explore different local vendors while your kids get their faces painted, jump on inflatables and more! You’ll also get to enjoy live music at the festival this year.
