Celebrate Labor Day Weekend in Arvada with Live Music, Outdoor Shows & Yoga

As Labor Day marks the “unofficial” end of summer, this weekend in Arvada is perfect for enjoying all of the great events our community offers. Start your day with outdoor yoga or a scenic hike/bike ride along the picturesque Ralston Creek Trail. Then head to Olde Town Arvada, where you can enjoy boutique shopping, art galleries, and a delicious meal or two at cozy eateries. End your day with a show or relax with live, local music.

This Labor Day weekend, we've got everything from relaxation to excitement and just about everything in between!

Friday, August 30

Enjoy Live Music at the TRN with Michael Brockhoff from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Then, stay for a round or two of Putt Putt or jump into a golf simulator for more action!

In the mood for some classic rock covers? Project X Live at Jakes will scratch that itch! Jakes is a great spot for music and some “damn good food!”

Or, if you're feeling a little more tropical, check out Teague Starbuck at Bernard’s Tiki Room from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.

Saturday, August 31

One day soon, it’ll be too cold to do anything outside, so get some yoga in McIlvoy Park while you can. It’s FREE and a great way to start your day!

Come back to the TRN for more live music! Rose Ganache will be playing at 6:30 pm. Catch the last bits of cool summer evenings on one of the best patios in Arvada!

Bernard Tiki Room also has live music again. Check out Ravin Wolf while sipping some tropi-cocktails and yummy noshes.

Feeling like you need to sing it out? Open Mic at La Dolce Vita is your spot. Open Mic starts at 7:00 pm, and LDV provides a welcoming and supportive audience!

Check out the Arvada Center’s Summer Concert Series with Grammy-winning Blues guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Kingfish.

Sunday, September 1

Any day that starts with Rescue Puppy Yoga is bound to be a good day. Get your stretch on and pet some adoptable puppies at Pet Wants in Olde Town Arvada.

There’s nothing boring about these board games. Check out Hobby Board Gaming at Luki for good fun and great brews. Games start at noon!

Still need more great local, live music? La Dolce Vita has you covered. Enjoy BlueCana Music as they perform Americana, Blues, Folk, and Classic Rock.
