How much does it cost to attend this fun event?

  • The cost is $8.00 pre sale, $10 at the door to attend for everyone age 13 and over.  Children under 13 enter at no charge
  • You can pay with cash (the easiest way) or credit and debit cards at the door. Credit cards are accepted for pre sales online.
  • You can buy tokens for $1.00 each and use them to purchase food and beer.
  • Tickets for the BBQ tasting samples are $2 between 2:00-3:30.
  • You must be 21 to purchase beer tokens
  • Everyone’s ID will be checked at the entrance gate

I want to sample and drink my favorite beer.  What are the prices for the beer?

  • You can buy a sample of 3 oz. for two tokens each.
  • You can purchase a 12 oz. pour for six tokens each.
  • You can purchase a “Sample Pack” of a commemorative tasting mug and 10 tokens for $10.

Can I bring my children?

  • New this year: There will be a children’s area. There will be a charge for this, and will be updated as soon as we know from the vendor.  The vendor will have staff helping in the area, but are not in charge of watching the kids.

Can I bring my dog or pet?

  • Arvada On Tap is a pet-free event – Service Dogs Welcome

 Can I bring a lawn chair and blanket?

  • Yes

 Can I bring a cooler? Can I bring in food and beverages?

  • No. Coolers, outside food and beverages are not allowed (water excepted)

Are bikes allowed?

  • Yes, but will not be permitted in the event area.

What happens if I require medical treatment? 

  • Find one of our volunteers; they will contact our emergency liaison for EMS

When do beer sales end?

  • Beer sales end at 6:50pm

Is the event handicapped accessible?

  • Yes. Handicapped parking is located in the Arvada West High School parking lot.

Are there police on site?

  • Yes, there are two police officers on site at all times.

Can we sample BBQ?

  • We will be selling tickets at a booth located near the competitor’s area.  Tickets are $2 for each sample tasting, which only be available from 2:00-3:30. (Right after the competition is over)

Are there any games specifically for children?

  • There will be a children’s area.  Events in this area are still TBD at the moment.

Do food vendors take cash?

  • No, all food and beer sales will be tokens only.  Community vendors and the raffle will take cash but not tokens.

Will there be an ATM on site?

  • Yes.

How much are the tickets for the Kid Zone?

  • InFUNity will be selling tickets to the area:
    • Pay for Play costs:
      – Slide – $2 for 3 slides
      – Obstacle Course – $1 per turn
      – Bounce House – $2 for 5 minutes
      – Bungee Trampoline – $6 per ride
