Apex Park and Recreation District
Apex boasts seven different facilities with a variety of meeting/event rental options for parties and events for every size, age range and need. Apex is competitive on venue rental fees and strives to offer flexibility to ensure a successful event.

Located in Olde Town Arvada, the Community Room is a storefront with loads of charm and an updated decor. The space is entirely modular making it the perfect spot for nearly any kind of event or celebration.
Host your Holiday Party at the Colorado Tap House in West Arvada! Their Private Event Room will be decorated for the holidays, and their staff will be ready to serve up Colorado’s best beverages. In 2021, the stunning event venue, Social Capitol, opened in southeast Arvada and has welcomed events of all kinds. Social Capitol is one of the largest event venues in the community and also serves as headquarters for Footers Catering.

The TRN offers their fun, Olde Town space for private event rentals. Enjoy a golf simulation experience, a full-service bar serving craft beer, wine and cocktails and a Free 9 hole Putt-Putt.
With arguably the best view in town, the West Woods Golf Club, is a community favorite for hosting the most special of occasions. A private room (as well as outdoor options during the appropriate months) are available for event rentals.
