This class will be led by Jamie Williams from Inland Island Yeast Laboratories, along with his wife, Janna Williams. Jamie and Janna owned and ran CO-Brew, a homebrew supply store, small-scale brewery, and brew on premises experience. Together they have taught many Off-Flavor Classes and can't wait to share their knowledge and expertise with you!
