Snooze, Smashburger and more new offerings coming to Arvada development

Downtown Arvada is about to get a dose of both local and non-local retailers. 

Denver-based Snooze an A.M. Eatery and Smashburger have both committed to The Shops at Olde Town Station, in addition to Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, which first opened a New York-style pizza restaurant in 2007 in Parker.

Maryland-based Cava has also signed a lease to open a Mediterranean restaurant in the development.

Bill Mosher, senior managing director at Trammell Crow Company, said he marketed the site for six months and secured Snooze, Smashburger, Cava and Parry’s at the end of 2021 and beginning of this year.
